Effective weight loss strategy?

I really need some help and motivation. I gained a lot of weight with my last pregnancy. I am now at about 330. I am really in need of a good weight loss plan that is quick and effective. I mean obviously I am not going to lose this over night but I need to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week to stay motivated. I need to do this!! Any Suggestions?

you need to realise that you cant do anything drastic like only eat once a day coz you know if you do something drastic you'll put it all back on.

eating healthy, with one carb based meal a day, eating 5-6 small meals a day and at least an hour of cardio 5-6 times a week you will and can lose the weight.

    stay away from red meats, refined rice,pasta, bread, soda pops, artificial juices, gravies, sauces. and stick with white meats, vegies and fruits, multigain or whole wheat bread, bake , boil,or broil your food, portion you food, it doesn't mean that you are eating the right kinds of food that you can eat it as much as you like, add exercise to this diet, drink lots of tea

    lossing weight after pregnancy is really difficult. Try to balance your diet on foods & have your exercise daily. another thing is try to take up vitamins or food supplement for weight loss. i remember when i was losing weight i try herbalife products food supplement it really works i was then 180 lbs then after 3months it became 120lbs really its true. until now im still maintaining that weight. The good thing in losing weight is you must do it reliously, you must have the courage & perseverance & aiming for youself to become sexy, like for example telling yourself that after 3months my weight should be 180lbs you must have that goal to achieve. another thing is you must maintain a time table for it in order for you to record your weight losing activities daily it really gives motivation when you see your time table that everyday you lose this pounds until such time that you suceed.Goodluck!
