cut out fast food, pop, desert. walk 30-40 min, or jog for 15-20 min daily. also make sure you eat a good breakfast, this will get your metabolism started early and working continuously. also drink lots of cold water, the reason cold is because your body has to work (burn calories) in order to get it back up to room temp. other than that just watch your calories, just keep them between 1500-2000 daily. and cut down on carbs.
